Grooming Report. All Posts; Search. Oct 22; 1 min; Snow is in the forecast!! With the anticipated arrival of our first snow of the season, we are getting. Black Jack Ski Club is a nonprofit club of 750+ members located 3 km north of the alpine city of Rossland BC and across from Red Mountain Ski Resort. Our mission is to build a community of Nordic Skiers by providing and sustaining excellence in programs and services.

When it’s time to make snow on the Snowmaking Loops (SML), here’s the plan:
1st. Green Loop, Lower and Lekisch Tunnels
2nd. Yellow Loop
3rd. Stadium and Turquoise Trails
4th. Purple Loop
5th. Blue Loop
6th. Black Trail

Monday 12/14: Fresh groom and track on the Spencer, Double Bubble, Gasline and the Lighted Loops. Enjoy!
Sunday 12/13: Jack groomed and set new track on all the Lighted Loops, Gasline and the Multi-Use. Have a happy Sunday!
Saturday 12/12: All the Lighted Loops, Service stadium, Gasline, Double Bubble and Spencer have been groomed with new track. A mechanical issue developed with the snow cat so…the Tour Trail has been scuffed and dragged with the snow machine. Enjoy the skiing!

Beach Lake Trails Report
Monday 12/14: Bill did some skate lane scuffing with the snow machine on all the trails except Coach’s, Executioner, Meander and Serpentine. He noticed more dirt and rocks coming to the surface. Enjoy!
Saturday 12/12: Bill groomed the skate lanes on the high traffic trails last night. He noticed some dirt and rocks in places so ski with caution. Have fun out there!
Wednesday 12/9: The entire park has been groomed with fresh track. Bill said he turned up some rocks and dirt in a few places. Enjoy the new snow!

Friday 12/11: Bill groomed and set track on the Coyote Trails at Mirror Lake MS last night. The track came out marginal and spotty in places. Have a great weekend!
Thursday 12/10: Eagle River HS, the trails on Yosemite Dr. and Bartlett HS have been groomed with new track. Have a wonderful day!
